What is the Feldenkrais® Method?

The Feldenkrais Method is a unique method of movement education. It uses gentle movement sequences and directed attention to enhance physical movement and mental functioning. Students of the method experience greater flexibility, improved posture and coordination, and a decrease in stress and pain. The Feldenkrais Method is a form of learning that is based on our innate capacity for easy and efficient movement. It is fun and safe and leads to a change in action, feeling, sensing and thinking.

Schedules
We have a convenient class and workshop schedule suited to all lifestyles.
Classes are held at various times during the week including morning and evening classes. Please see our full class schedule. There are also many opportunities during the week to schedule your individualized session.
