All classes are beneficial and do not have to be taken in sequence.
Mats provided for all classes. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing and layer for warmth.

Drop ins welcome, $15 a class.

In a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement class you are verbally guided through a series of gentle movements. Students repeat the movements with guided attention to learn how to move more comfortably and efficiently. You will learn the art of mindful movements to help you boost your overall well-being. Rates Info:

  • New to Feldenkrais? Your first introductory class is $10.

  • Register for 2 classes a week, the second class is 1/2 price.

  • If you register mid-term, your fee will be adjusted.

  • We accept cash and cheques.

  • MISSED CLASSES can be made up only during the current term.
